Tracy has been a management and business consultant for 20 years working primarily with business owners and entrepreneurs in rural and remote locations. She is a certified leadership and resilience coach, and is passionate about helping clients push past their own perceived limitations in life and business. Tracy has spent most of her career working in the Agriculture and Agri-Food, Indigenous, Construction/Housing and Concrete & Aggregate industries.
She is Metis, and was raised with grass roots values, and has spent over 25 years working with holistic health modalities. She has created and facilitated many local and virtual events guiding people on their journey through mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness. This diverse skillset has helped her bring these awareness practices into her consulting work to serve clients as a whole, not just with their business data.
Tracy loves a project or task that has been deemed difficult or impossible, and thrives in challenging situations. She can hold space for the most difficult conversations that have big emotions. At the end of the day all business interactions center around the stories that the people and numbers have to tell.
She is a mother to 4, lives on a farm, and all 4 have been very involved in sports (hockey, softball, curling, and barrel racing), which means she has spent a lot of the last 15 years driving, coaching, balancing a career, and the farm.
