Erica is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years in the industry, working with small to mid-market companies, NPOs, and First Nations entities across Saskatchewan.
With a passion for professional education, Erica also enjoys roles as a session leader and mentor with CPA Western School of Business and sessional lecturer at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. Drawing from many years of business and workplace coaching experience, she engages participants fully through integration of real-world examples and facilitating meaningful group discussion.
Erica enjoys working with clients to design and deliver fun and engaging training around leadership, communication, team building, and strategy customized to meet unique organizational needs.
