TeriLynne Kisto is a tribal member of the Gila River Indian Community in Arizona. She is Pima, San Juan Pueblo and Isletta Pueblo. She resides in Maricopa, Arizona and is a mother of five daughters include a set of twins. She loves running long distance and has been a runner for 40 years of her life.
TeriLynne is a dedicated professional leader, strategic team player with a diverse background in Human Resources. Her passion is helping organizations and professional leaders with organizational development and other specialized Human Resources projects. She has 20 years of professional Human Resources experience in multi-state and Tribal in Employee Relations, Classification and Compensation, Recruitment, with 10 years in a HR leadership capacity as Senior Vice President of HR Consulting, Human Resources Manager, Assistant HR Director and Human Resources Director. She has worked for three different tribes within the state of Arizona.
In addition, she is the founder and CEO of Kisto HR Consulting, LLC. Kisto HR Consulting is coming up on its third year of business specializing in Training and Development, Motivational Speaking, Mediation, Workplace Investigations, Policy and Handbook Development, and specialized custom Human Resources projects tailored to the client's needs.
