Monique joins the Morris Interactive team, trading in sandy turquoise beaches of Turks & Caicos for the snow-covered prairies! Graduating from The University of the West Indies with her a B.S.C in Hotel Management and a Diploma in Business Administration from Saskatoon Business College; Monique brings, a unique blend of talent, experience, and diversity to an integral role as the training coordinator on the Morris interactive team. Monique’s 15+ years of experience in customer service industry coupled with 10 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development makes her a natural fit with the clients and team members of Morris Interactive. Monique manages the logistics and coordination of in person and online facilitator led workshops. Her superior organization and communication skills ensures training participants and facilitators have a positive client experience with Morris Interactive. Monique is married and has two children; she enjoys volunteering to help others in her spare time as well as keeping the Morris team full on her delicious Jamaican meals.
