Kim Carroll is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in management and financial accounting. She prides herself on inclusive leadership and works diligently to grow relationships with her teams and peers.
Kim has served as a Chief Financial and Privacy Officer for a health tech company for 14 years, with expertise in strategy, budgeting, and financial reporting and analysis. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, and the integration of new acquisitions into the operations of an existing business. Kim has worked to negotiate financing with large banks and investors, in order to execute on the business plans.
Kim has also worked with SaskTel, as the Corporate Accounting manager and Asset Management manager, responsible for the controls and reporting of over $1B in assets and revenue. Previous to this work, Kim was a Finance Officer with Health Canada, responsible for the reporting and funding allocations to First Nations in Saskatchewan.
Kim co-owns the Pet Depot with her husband in Regina. She is an audit and board committee member with the Regina Humane Society and Proton Capital Corporation.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and being surrounded by her fur babies.
