As the Principal Consultant, Special Projects, Jared leads and facilitates projects for our clients that often require a unique approach. Not one to follow a conventional path, his work is often commended by clients for being engaging, effective, and delivering unique solutions. His consulting work spans numerous sectors including agriculture, tech, non-profit, indigenous affairs, and healthcare among others. His extensive background in human resources and business strategy help our clients translate ideas into realities. A consummate networker, Jared has a reputation for being an inspirational leader, building lasting relationships, and delivering honest feedback.
Jared's passion also extends to his work in the community as a mentor, leader and lending his time to philanthropic endeavours, including past Board roles for Alberta Ballet, Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), and as a founding member of the #NotAChoice campaign to end LGBTQ youth homelessness in partnership with Eva's Initiatives, True Colors United, and Virgin Mobile.
