Barry has enjoyed over 40 years in the learning and development industry.

He is a life-long learner holding certifications as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Everything DiSC Workplace®, The Coaching Clinic, International Coach Federation Certified Coach (ACC), Conversational Intelligence® and other industry accreditations.

 

Barry’s passions lie on the people side of human resource development. Over the last 25 years, the majority of his work has been designing and facilitating customer service, train the trainer, coaching and leadership programs. In the last 10 years, Barry has extensively researched habit development as well as application and sustainability of learning. He has incorporated that research and experience into the programs he offers his clients.

 

His clients have varied from small business to large international corporations, First Nations, non-profits, crown corporations and all levels of government. Barry has delivered value through upbeat, engaging training to employees and all levels of leadership in mining, financial, construction, manufacturing and many other industries.
